Alexandre Dubarry
Alexandre Dubarry, founder of the firm lead a dual career for ten years as a human resources consultant and in parallel as an author-stage director-actor.
He also possesses a graduate degree in social psychology, in 2004 he decided to create .
This dual competency led him to propose training seminars drawing inspiration from theatrical techniques that have met with resounding success with participants who praise the originality and effectiveness of his approach.
In addition, he is an accredited member of the European Coaching Association, and as such has conducted numerous coaching and consulting engagements with senior management of large corporations.
Claire Conan-Vrinat
Claire Conan-Vrinat joined in 2011. She is in charge of office administration and the organises o training plans.
In parallel, Claire is completing her studies in psychology at the University of Paris VIII and has been practicing theatre for eight years.
